Energy Modeling

Energy modeling provides highly accurate predictions of whole-building energy consumption, carbon footprints, and associated energy costs. We employ state of the art software for evaluating energy consumption as a function of the three-dimensional design, allowing real-time integration with CAD drawings and Building Informational Modeling (BIM). Energy modeling offers the opportunity to evaluate potential cost savings based on building design, orientation, envelope components, daylighting, glazing characteristics, weather, building use, and engineering controls. Our capabilities go one step further by integrating advanced hygrothermal simulations with every energy model, resulting in the most robust projection of long-term building performance.
