LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a green building rating system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. The  LEED Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.  Certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible, energy-efficient, and a healthy place to live or work.

We have LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) on staff to assist your design team through every phase of project certification.  In addition to certification guidance, we provide consulting and green building design with particular emphasis on improved hygrothermal performance and indoor environmental quality.
