We deliver
a new brand of quality control that
fills voids not typically addressed by conventional project documentation
and field observations. Where current paradigms draw lines between
contractor, construction manager, and architect, we see opportunities to
vastly improve the design intent through proper implementation, testing,
modeling, and improved communication. As specialists in
architectural forensics, we
possess the technical competency to ensure that the job is done right.
From the studio to the job site, we deliver solutions-based approaches
that avoid costly mistakes thereby reducing operational downtimes, lost
revenues, and liability.
Central to our oversight
services is the utilization of Field Condition Reports (FCRs), a
near-real-time means for communicating specific site observations with
building owners, architects, general contractors, and subtrades.
Field Conditions Reports provide concise accounts of conditions having
high potentials for affecting 1) scope of work, 2) work quality, or 3)
project schedule. To facilitate resolution, condition
recommendations are issued as part of each FCR. Our refined process
reduces risks, provides exceptional documentation, and prevents the need
for destructive testing or tear-offs.
Whether the project involves
new construction, major remodels, or building envelope retrofits, our services
offer the strictest attention to quality assurance.
