M. Steven Doggett,
Ph.D., LEED AP
Dr. Doggett
is the founder of Built Environments, Inc. and currently serves as the
firm's President and Principal Scientist. He has over 20 years
of experience with environmental consulting, indoor air quality (IAQ),
building forensics, and building remediation. Dr. Doggett's
expertise centers on improved techniques for the prevention, early
detection, and mitigation of risks associated with poor hygrothermal
performance and indoor environmental quality. He has served as
the principal investigator and senior project manager on hundreds of
projects involving public & government buildings, office buildings,
industrial facilities, libraries, schools, churches, hotels, apartments,
and residential properties. Dr. Doggett brings additional
experience with sustainable building design and LEED certification
consulting with particular emphasis on hygrothermal performance, indoor
air quality, and improved building service life.

Robert Brunjes, AIA,
CID
Mr.
Brunjes is the Principal Architect for Built Environments with 29 years of
professional practice experience. His design experience includes a
diverse portfolio of commercial and municipal buildings, industrial
facilities, multi-family residential, schools, and churches.
His practice has generated innovative designs that integrate improved building
performance, sustainable design, and enhanced environmental quality.
Mr. Brunjes also brings over a decade of investigative and management
experience involving distressed buildings affected by structural defects,
material failures, and water damage. Prior to joining Built Environments, Mr. Brunjes served as a Partner and
Senior Architect of the architectural firm Studio 3 Design, LLC, a full
service architectural firm serving the hospitality and entertainment
industries.
